Making a Provencal aperitif, and evening at the Casino

A leading passenger transportation company entrusted Longitude 7 with the organization of a team building event during an afternoon and evening for 30 employees in Marseille.

Once their meeting was over, participants all helped to prepare a Provencal apéritif. Divided into teams, they prepared everything from scratch using fresh produce and following 2 famous Provencal recipes….all with the guidance of an enthusiastic expert who was never short of stories and explanations to share. The final test – each team presented what they had made, notes and comments were given by the expert…and then everyone got to taste the culinary “creations” with a chilled glass of Provence rosé!

After dinner, a casino-themed evening took place in one of the privatized lounges at the hotel with 3 gaming tables (roulette, black jack, and poker Texas Hold'em) hosted by 3 croupiers. Players placed some successful, fictitious bets before joining in on a blind auction where there were quite a few surprises and a lot of laughter!
