A major consulting practice specializing in software and IT services chose Longitude 7’s proposal for the organization of its end-of-year celebrations for staff and to mark the company’s 10 years in France.

The key objectives for the client were to organize a fun celebration for staff to mark both the end of the year and their business milestone, promoting good relations between employees while also building staff loyalty. The challenge was to propose activities that would please a large number and variety of staff (couples with young children, couples with older children and teenagers, people on their own).

Longitude 7 succeeded with their bid to organize the end-of-year celebrations together with the 10-year anniversary of the company in France by proposing to reserve an entire hotel with an indoor, heated swimming pool very close to Saint-Tropez. 

Activities on tap: on the Saturday afternoon there were “Creative Christmas workshops” for youngsters and a massive treasure hunt for mixed teams of participants aged 7-years and above, including challenges and workshops suitable for all ages.
Towards the end of the afternoon, staff gathered around a Christmas tree for presents and then in the evening, enjoyed a pre-dinner drink of punch for the grownups and a candy “bar” for the kids.

To crown the evening, there was a gala dinner with a birthday cake made especially for the company, followed by a magic show with hypnosis of some participants by a highly talented magician, and then an evening of dancing to a DJ.
The next day, a fabulous brunch brought the New Year and anniversary celebrations in Saint-Tropez to a close.

All of the participants, children, teenagers and adults alike were delighted with their action-packed stay in a beautiful hotel so close to Saint-Tropez!
