Sales and incentive seminar (35 sales people, 2 ½ days) Aim: To discuss marketing strategy and commercial plans, motivate the sales team
Day 1: Welcome participants at Nice airport late afternoon. Cocktail and dinner at a **** hotel at the centre of the famous seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins. Day 2: Presentation of new products and launch strategy. Lunch on the hotel’s private beach. Kayak trip and bathing in the turquoise waters of the deep rocky inlets of Estérel. Dinner show on the Croisette, opposite the bay of Cannes. Day 3: Discussion on commercial objectives. Lunch in Biot, a charming Provencal village in the Nice hinterland. Adventure trails in trees and team challenges, prize giving. Transfer to the airport late afternoon.

The annual Europe Area convention (80 managers, 2 days) Aim: To present regional results and encourage exchanges of ideas between colleagues from the different European subsidiaries
Day 1: VIP reception for participants at Nice airport in the morning. Introduction speech and lunch in private rooms at a **** hotel on the Promenade des Anglais. Presentation of the annual results by the management team. Cabaret dinner at Monaco casino. Day 2: Workshops, then summary of discussions in plenary session. Lunch on the hotel terrace, facing the sea. Transfer to Cannes and team regattas on 15m sailing boats around the Iles de Lérins. Trophy awards and closing cocktail. Transfer to the airport late afternoon.

Management committee (2 managers from head office and 6 managers from subsidiaries, 2 days) Aim: To present each subsidiary’s results, reward the management team after attainment of objectives.
Day 1: Welcome of participants at Nice airport in the morning and transfer by “old American car” to a **** hotel in peace of the hinterland. Privacy of a hotel villa converted into a meeting room. Management committee, then lunch on the hotel terrace. Resumption of working session. Transfer and sunset dinner cruise on an old sailing boat in the bay of Cannes. Day 2: Direct transfer from the hotel by helicopter, flight over of the French Riviera and the massif de l’Estérel, landing on a racecourse for a Formula 1 driving session. Lunch on site then return transfer by helicopter to the hotel, spa treatment (massage and relaxation), private cocktail and buffet supper. Transfer to the airport early evening.

Day's team building for all staff (50 staff, 1 day) Aim: Thank all staff for the results obtained and unite them around the company values
Day 1: Meeting for all participants at 08:30 precisely at the "office" in the centre of Sophia-Antiopolis, welcome by the Managing Director and the management team aroung a "small buffet breakfast" and team formation by drawing lots. Departure by coach, then ride and run orienteering course (3 mountain bikes between 5) in the Estérel Massif Buffet lunch on a beach on the Corniche d'Or followed by water Olympics, beach volley ball and prizes awarded to the winning team. Return to headquarters for 17:00, champagne and display of the trophy for a year in the reception hall. Congratulations and thanks from the managing director, end of the "working day" at 18:00!

Reward trip for European sales network (75 distributors with partners, 4 days) Aim: After the challenge to secure the loyalty of the best distributors to the brand and reward them for their excellent results.
Day 1: Reception of participants at Nice airport and helicopter transfer to Cannes and one of the famous luxury hotels of La Croisette. Lunch at the hotel, visit to Cannes (Croisette, Palais des Festivals, the Suquet district). In the evening, dinner and wine casino activity in a private room. Day 2: Transfer to Monaco in a fast launch, visit to the Principality, lunch in one of SBM's establishments with access to the spa. Free time to enjoy the beach and the sea, cabaret dinner at the casino, return by coach. Day 3: Day cruise on a sailing ship with buffet lunch of the Ile Sainte Marguerite then free time at the hotel. Dinner on the Croisette and gala evening in one of Cannes' famous "fashionable" night spots. Day 4: Golf or spa in the morning, lunch at the hotel and transfer by elite car to the airport in the afternoon.

"Surprise" reward day (25 members of staff, 1 day) Aim: Celebrate the reaching of targets by an exceptional day, and make an impression while keeping the destination a secret until the end.
Take-off from London Gatwick at 07:05, arrival at Nice Côte d’Azur at 10:05 5 minute transfer to the Promenade des Anglais and roller skating or bike ride along the Bay des Anges. Visit to the flower market and lunch on Cours Saleya. Afternoon swim with water activities (jet-skiing, parascending, FlyFish), drinks, thanks from the managing director and cocktails and buffet supper by the sea on a private beach. Airport transfer about 20:15 for take-off at 21:40, arrival at London Gatwick 22:40 on Friday evening.
