Do you need to have a good sporting level to book a Longitude 7 holiday ?
No, it simply depends on the holiday chosen. Holidays of an easy or moderate level (level 1 or 2) are suitable for people who do little or no sport, provided they are in good physical shape. Average, sustained or difficult level holidays are aimed at people who take part in a regular sporting activity, or who wish to take it up again with good preparation beforehand.

What is the minimum number of bookings required before a holiday is confirmed ?
As a rule, a holiday is confirmed when 6 people have booked, either together or individually. As a result it is rare that we have to cancel a scheduled holiday due to insufficient numbers. However, should this happen, we undertake to informed you of this decision no later than 21 days before the start date of the holiday, and to fully refund the sums you have paid to Longitude 7.

What services are included in Longitude 7 prices ?
The details of the services included in each holiday are specified in the “dates and prices" on the page showing the holiday concerned.
As a general rule, the services included are: accommodation, breakfast, lunch, some dinners, sporting, leisure or cultural activities shown on the programme, the service of a leader for the duration of the holiday, transfer to the airport or station at the end of the holiday.
Services not included are generally: your transport and transfer to the meeting point, and your return transport, some dinners so that you can be with friends or as a couple (we can suggest restaurants), optional multirisk insurance, personal expenses.

Why the name Longitude 7 ?
The Geographical coordinates of the Longitude 7 offices are: 43°38’ latitude North and  7°00’ longitude East.
So, the 7th meridian passes exactly through Valbonne Sophia Antipolis (right next to Cannes) from where we organize all our "sport and well-being" holidays in Provence-Côte d’Azur.
This name also evokes the world of travel, the discovery of unexpected horizons, accuracy and attention to detail etc., as much as the experiences and values that we share.
