After choosing the holiday and dates that suit you, and noting the conditions of sale and insurance, you can proceed to book your holiday by clicking on one of the "book this holiday" buttons on the page showing the holiday of your choice.

The four stages of the booking process are shown below.

1. Booking
When you book on line you pay a deposit representing 30% of the total amount of the holiday. If you book less than 30 days before the start of the holiday the total price of the holiday must be paid at the time of booking.
You can choose whether to pay the deposit (and later the balance) by secure on line payment or by bank cheque in Euros. See the details under Methods of payment below.

2. Booking confirmation
We will send you confirmation of your booking by email. You will then be able to access the customer area on the Longitude 7 website, by means of the login and password that you have chosen yourself.
Your customer area will show:
- your personal address and telephone number, as recorded when you booked
- details of the holiday or holidays you have booked
- a statement of your payments, and the amount left to pay.
We will also send you a prefilled contract that we ask you to return to us after you have read and signed it.

3. Payment of the balance
The balance of the price of the holiday must reach us no later than 30 days before the start date of the holiday. If the balance of the holiday does not reach us no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday, Longitude 7 reserves the right to cancel your booking.

4. Holiday confirmation
We will confirm your booking once the required minimum number of participants is reached, no later than 21 days before the start of the holiday. We will then send you all the information relating to your holiday and the meeting time and place.


 

Methods of payment

You can choose one of the following methods of payment when you book:

 Secure on line payment
This is the simplest method of payment and completely safe.
Choose the secure on line payment option and follow the on-screen instructions.

 Bank transfer
Make a bank transfer to the Longitude 7 account whose details will be specified when you book. Any transfer charges are to be paid by yourself.

 Cheque in Euros
Make out your cheque in Euros payable to Longitude 7.
