Participants roll up their sleeves and get involved in preparing their own typically Provencal apéritif. There are four workshops to learn how to make black olive tapenade, Provencal anchoïade, organic basil pistou and cocktails with a Southern flavour. Participants complete each workshop to master all of the recipes. The instructor explains each product and its history during the specific workshops. The final touch – making the creations look as mouth-watering as possible….a well-deserved apéritif brings this fun activity to a close.
