One of France’s key players in the construction industry gave Longitude 7 the task of organizing a meeting in the Estérel massif for the entire management team, to mark the completion of a construction site for a major project on the French Riviera.

The goal behind this meeting in the Estérel was to thank all of the participants for their daily commitment to the project, whilst also bringing them together in a unique setting and giving them a team building challenge.

To kick off this meeting in the Estérel massif, the 30 participants met as usual on-site close to Nice where a bus was waiting to take them along the coast to the Corniche d’Or in Théoule-sur-Mer. On arrival, they were given top-notch equipment for a spectacular mountain bike ride on e-bikes to discover the Estérel massif. Three qualified and experienced guides were on hand to accompany participants on their e-bike ride, introducing a more challenging itinerary at one point for those who were more sporty and keen. Longitude 7 provided helmets, gloves, e-mountain bikes, bottles of water and cereal bars. Participants were given the choice of 5 different levels of assistance of electric bikes, which allowed absolutely everyone to enjoy the ride whilst taking in the stunning beauty of the scenery around the Estérel Massif with its red rocks and green undergrowth, strikingly set against the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to the genius of e-bikes, absolutely everyone was able to take in some truly breathtaking views! Participants then enjoyed a fully catered picnic lunch in a magical forest setting, before slowly pedaling their way back through the Estérel to their charming hotel, right in the Massif.

A gala dinner and an evening of dancing crowned the day. The next day, a short coach trip took participants along the coast for a friendly team challenge in a fabulous setting, followed by another catered picnic and game of pétanque.

All of the participants were delighted by the organization of this meeting in the Estérel massif (with a special thanks for the splendid e-mountain bike ride through the Estérel) that totally met desired expectations.
